Plans are under way for the following activities for the
2nd “Battle of Brimfield” Civil War Reenactment
Location: Heart-o-the-Mart field in Brimfield MA
August 7&8, 2010
This weekend will be held in conjunction and cooperation with
Old Sturbridge Village’s - Redcoats to Rebels weekend and will be advertised as
Two Wars, Two Towns, Two Days
Special Activities may include:
Battle reenactments from 1865 A visit from “The HUNLEY”-
reproduction civil war submarine
An Agricultural Fair with both historic and modern entries
Vintage Baseball
Children’s Activity tent
Music Theatrical Production of Uncle Tom’s Cabin
Pig Roast for re-enactors
